The permitted hours for the supply of intoxicants on Club premises are from 10:00 to 22:59, Monday to Sunday, extending to 23:59 for special events when applied for in advance and on New Year’s Day to 0100. Operating times may vary depending on usage and events within the Club at the discretion of the Officers, Club Committee, and Bar Manager.

The bar will close promptly at the stated times or as otherwise agreed. Only twenty minutes are allowed for "drinking up" time. The Club premises will remain open for thirty minutes after the bar closes, during which time all games must end, and covers must be replaced on the pool table. Gaming machines will be turned off twenty minutes after the bar has closed.

Children are permitted to enter the bar area within the Club premises but must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who will bear responsibility for the children's actions and ensure compliance with Club rules. This is subject to the following conditions:

• Children are NOT allowed to play on gaming machines.
• Children under the age of fourteen are not permitted to use the pool table; those over that age should still be under parental or guardian supervision.
• Children must not approach the bar under any circumstances.
• Children under the age of 18 must leave the bar area from 21:00hrs unless otherwise stated by the Committee.

The Bar Manager or staff members have the right to refuse service to anyone they consider to be under such influence.

Members and visitors using the pool tables must not consume any food during games. Cues must be returned to the racks after games, and tables should be covered at the end of the evening.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use or supply of drugs. If any drugs are found in use or being supplied, the member or visitor will be asked to leave the Club premises immediately, and the member’s membership will be terminated without delay.

Dogs are welcome in the Club but must be kept under control at all times.

The Club will not accept responsibility for the safety of personal property left on the premises.
