The Membership Self Service Portal is a secure area where you can manage your membership. The Portal is available 24/7 and can be used to:

• Quickly and easily renew your membership
• Update the postal address, email address or phone number linked to your membership
• Amend your contact preferences
• Sign up to our e-newsletter for access to the latest membership news

If you wish to join by completing the Paper Form follow this LINK

NOTE: If your membership lapses and you re-join,  the email originally used is attached to the membership number. You will not be able to rejoin using the same email or access the self service portal.

Also signing up online, you can only use 1 email per membership.

I would advise to either use a new email to register or alternatively, call the call centre who can take the payment and reinstate the membership.

I understand this is a bit of an Inconvenience but I hope you can renew without any more issues.
