Poppy Sellers and Volunteers

Vicky Martin is the Poppy Appeal Organiser for the Hoyland & District Area. 

All we are asking is that anyone who can give up 1-2 hours of your precious time to sell poppies for your local area, please come forward and volunteer. The locations that are in need of volunteers are Worsborough Asda Supermarket, Hoyland Town Centre, Hoyland Tesco Supermarket, Aldi Birdwell Supermarket and The Elsecar Heritage Centre.

There are still plenty of volunteers needed and the Poppy Appeal Organiser would be more than happy to hear from you. In particular we looking for Poppy Collectors for Aldi Birdwell during the Poppy appeal running from 25th October 2025 to 10th November

Previous Years

Hoyland and District Poppy Organiser, all the poppy sellers and the branch have shown its fundraising skills by once again raising a substantial amount towards the Poppy Appeal total.

So well done everybody, and a big Thank You to all the people of Hoyland and District, South Yorkshire who have been so generous again.
