The Royal British Legion is recognised as the national custodian of Remembrance.

Remembrance Sunday, the second Sunday in November, is the day traditionally put aside to remember all those who have given their lives for the peace and freedom we enjoy today.

This year’s Remembrance Day Parade is to be held on Sunday 12 Nov 2023. With service being held at the Cenotaph, Boothferry Rd, Goole.  

The various military, cadet and civilian organisations will be under command of the TRBL Goole and Howden Branch parade marshal.

Remembrance is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious events of the year for all participating organisations we look forward to your participation. This year’s service is expected to be a fantastic turnout, all are welcome to come and join us after the parade at the Charter Club.
