Recognition of Service to the RBL
The RBL has always recognised those men and women who have supported the organisation.
In 1987 Mrs Gwen Smith, Standard Bearer for the Women's Section, received a certificate.
In 1997 a number of Certificates of Appreciation were issued to members who had served the Branch.

At a Branch meeting in 2021 the following awards were made for service during the Poppy Appeal:
Mrs Thelma Manders, a 25year Gold Badge.
Mrs Jenny Onions, a 15year Blue Badge.
Mr Peter Benford, a 15year Badge
Mr Adrian Roberts, a 5year Certificate.

Peter served for many years as the Branch PAO and still works many hours not only during the annual Poppy Appeal, but supporting our Branch Veterans and Members.
Peter was Branch President 2022 to 2024.
