Following a very useful Committee meeting recently where the Guest was the Norfolk Membership Service Officer, the following was decided.

`As the committee and therefore core of the Diss RBL I am reaching out to you all for your input on my proposals`.

 

I am in the process of compiling our three year branch plan and would like each committee member to take responsibility for at least one area of the plan.

 

So far I have got the following areas covered:

 

Poppy Coordination (DH)

Remembrance Events (AD)

Fundraising (MC)

Youth (Nicki, non committee)

Social events (Sam Davidson, Wendy, Nikki, non committee)

Our Centenary (AD)

Standard and youth standard selection (MG)

Armed Forces Day (AD)

Branch History, social media and administration (BR)

 

As committee members I feel that it is really important that we all show willing and lead by example by nurturing and guiding the branch forwards.
