CONVENING NOTICE BRANCH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notification is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Royal British Legion Darlington Branch will be held at:

Haughton Le Skerne Club, 25 Haughton Green, Darlington, Co Durham, DL1 2DD on Wednesday 26th November 2025. 

The meeting will commence at 7.30pm.  Correspondence and Accounts will be available for members to view from 7.00pm.

The business to be transacted shall be to:

• Consider reports and accounts for the past year

• Elect the following Officers of the Committee:

• Branch Chairman

• Branch Vice-Chairman

• Branch Honorary Secretary

• Branch Honorary Treasurer
