Branch Administration

Since the last County Committee Meeting I have assisted Branch Members from Mapperley, Kirkby in Ashfield and Clipstone and Forest Town RBL with Office 365. I have allocated Thursday 28th June 10am to 4pm at Portland to enable Branch Officers to drop in for Office 365 workshops.

Branch Visits

Since the last County Meeting I have visited the following Branches;

Bilsthorpe RBL

I met with Branch Officers and discussed GDPR, Office 365 and Remembrance Sunday. The Branch is very active in the village and attends and gets involved with events that the Community holds to highlight the Royal British Legion.

Mapperley RBL

The Branch meeting was well attended. I was given the opportunity to introduce myself and talk about GDPR. I was also able to give advice on Remembrance Parades in relation to information that I had emailed to Branches from Robert Lee.

During the Month of July I plan to visit Calverton and Radcliffe on Trent RBL in addition to providing on going support to West Bridgford RBL

Branch updates: West Bridgford RBL

On Monday 11th June an Extra Ordinary General Meeting was held to attempt to form a committee to take the branch forward. At the Meeting   positions of Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Membership Secretary was filled. And the committee are due to meet again on the 23rd July. I will give a further update at the meeting.
