Colchester Grand total for the 2010 Poppy Appeal
Colchester Branch has shown its fundraising skills for the 2010 Poppy Appeal and have reached just over £54,000
Extra Poppy Collection
As our branch's initial registration was in August 1921 we are marking our anniversary week by an addtional POPPY collection from monday the 15th through to the 19th of August. A total of £1300 was raised

McCarthy and Stone
McCarthy and Stone retirement homes chose the RBL as their Charity to sponsor . A cheque from them of £43,000 was accepted by Cllr Terry Sutton, President of the Colchester Branch., £3000 of which was raised by Mrs Joan Harding who made a sponsored parachute jump with the Red Devils to celebrate her 90th Birthday and the Royal British Legion 90th Anniversary year.
