Brampton Memorial Hospital is itself a Memorial to the Fallen of the First World War and can be viewed from the gardens and adjacent road.

BRAMPTON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL ROLL OF HONOUR

This is a large Oak panel inscribed with the names of those from the Brampton area killed in WW1.  It is located in the hospital reception area. A smaller more recent plaque bearing the same names is installed nearby. 

As a community hospital for the Brampton area this memorial bears the names of the Fallen of a number of the surrounding parishes whose names also appear on their local memorials.

ACCESS The Memorial Hospital is still in use for the local population and therefore access is normally restricted to their Visiting Times; daily 2.30 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm.  At other times please contact the Administrator on 01228-608345.
