During the March 2025 Brackley Branch of The Royal British Legion monthly meeting Ian Noakes, Brackley Branch Chairman (2021 to 2025) handed the Branch Chairman's role to Nick Zammit.

Nick on behalf of the Brackley Branch of The Royal British Legion expressed the Branch's sincere gratitude to Ian for his dedication and leadership as Branch Chairman over the past 4 years. Nick went on to comment that Ian's commitment to the Branch, its members, and the community has been truly invaluable.

Nick thanked Ian for his tireless efforts in ensuring the success of the Branch’s Armed Forces Day events, Brackley Poppy Appeal which in 2024 raised in excess of £31,000 and overall Branch and British Legion fundraising.

The Branch wish Ian all the best in his future endeavours and hope Ian continues to support and provide advice to the Brackley Branch of The Royal British Legion.
