Val Redmond is from a forces family and has lots of experience working with Charities. When she back to her hometown in 2023, she volunteered for the Poppy Appeal and after meeting some of the branch members decided to join, along with her Husband Mal, ex Army.

Val volunteered to take over the role of Membership Secretary and is now in the process of contacting all our members and ensuring they are all happy with the branch and hoping to get some ideas to make Blyth Branch event busier and better for all our members and beneficiaries.
