The Poppy Appeal in Basingstoke & Overton 2024
The Poppy Appeal is the RBL’s main fundraising activity. As you can see from our reports below, the response from the people of Basingstoke has always been superb. We want to thank those people who, year after year, generously give their time to help collections and who give their money to aid our many beneficiaries. We appreciate that money is tighter than ever and we never take our supporters for granted but, as we enter the 2024 'Remembrancetide', we hope that you will once again support our poppy appeal so that we can give back to those in need who have given so much of themselves serving our country.

2024 Extra Volunteers Needed
We have a dedicated team of volunteers who help with the collections year after year but, we will always welcome new helpers. This year in particular, we are aiming to have stalls in both Festival Place and the Malls so we definitely need more people

The Poppy Appeal 2023
Thank you to the many people who supported the 2023 Poppy Appeal in Basingstoke & Overton. The cost of living and energy crises continue to affect so many people. Money is tight and yet, the people of Basingstoke, Overton and its surrounding District once again gave generously to support the Poppy Appeal.
