We understand that life is hard sometimes and it can be difficult to know where to look for help.

That’s why our support team are on the ground every day trying to reach those most in need.

We’re not the emergency services but if you’re struggling, the Legion can help you get back on your feet.

The Legion understands that serving personnel can give up a lot to be part of the Armed Forces. We know that family life and relationships can suffer. And sometimes transitioning to civilian life can be even harder.

Am I eligible?

If you or your family are experiencing hardship, our support team can help you to access the specialist services you might need. We can also advise you if you’re having difficulties after being referred for another service as well as providing practical and emotional support.

You may also be referred to the Legion’s support team by another organisation. In this case we will work together to ensure you receive the help you need.

The Legion is here to help members of the Royal Navy, British Army, Royal Air Force, veterans and their families. And we’re not going anywhere.

Our support starts after one day of service and continues through life, long after service is over.
