The event is the annual Service of Remembrance and Parade at the County War Memorial on the Embankment where the County President of The Royal British Legion will lay a wreath on behalf of the RBL of the County.  It's attended by the Lord Lieutenant, the High Sheriff, Lord Mayor, Chairman of the County Council, the Bishops of Southwell & Nottingham and of Nottingham (RC) as well as representatives of the three Armed Forces, the Police (Chief Constable), Fire & Rescue Service, etc.  There is representation of the serving military, cadets and veterans. 

The event starts about 10.45am
