Armistice Day and Two Minute Silence - 11th November
Remembrance Sunday, the second Sunday in November, is the day traditionally put aside to remember all those who have given their lives for the peace and freedom we enjoy today.
Hopefully next year you will be able to join us at either Bramhall War Memorial or Woodford Christ Church.
If you haven't previously attended Bramhall Parade / March and wish to take part, i can pass on your details the the Event organiser. - email David WoodfordBramhall.MemSecretary@rbl.community
When Armistice Day (the 11th hour, of the 11th day, of the 11th month) does not fall on Remembrance Sunday, informal homage is paid at the Bramhall War Memorial on the 11th November. It's a small informal gathering at the War Memorial to observe the two-minute silence at 11a.m. Anyone who would like to join us are more than welcome.
