You do NOT need to have a military background to become a member of the RBL. EVERYONE IS WELCOME. YOU ARE INVITED TO CALL IN AT ANY TIME in order to experience the social facilities and atmosphere of the Club, and then discuss and consider membership options.
The Club also welcomes affiliated Legion Club members and their guests.

Hours are Sun - Fri 12.00 to 23.00, Sat 12.00 to midnight.
The Club is situated six miles south of the historic walled city of Chichester, is a free house, and offers a large selection of beers (including real ales), lagers, wines, spirits, aperitifs, soft drinks, nibbles and hot drinks, all at competitive prices.

N.B. The function hall is available for weekday hire with bar facilities (during licencing hours). Coach parties are welcome by prior appointment. To discuss catering and any other queries please contact Club Secretary
The Club has televisions in all rooms showing Sky and BT Sports, we also offer free Cloud Wi-Fi. There are gaming machines in the main bar a comfortable lounge area with pool table. Snooker room can be found upstairs. We have a large function hall for the social and recreation activities for Members, their families and guests. Live Music is provided on Saturday evenings.
Other Club activities include line dancing on Wednesday evenings, Thursday evening bingo, Friday Play your Cards Right, Saturday evening live music, raffle and bingo and Sunday meat raffles. We also have dart and pool teams as well as other events.
The Club is also the home of the Wittering & District Royal British Legion Women's Section who meet on the fourth Monday of the month at 2.00pm and the Wittering Branch of the Royal Naval Association who meet on the second Wednesday of the month at 8pm (Sec. 01243 670742).
Wittering Royal British Legion Branch meet on the 1st Wednesday of the Month at 20.00 hrs.
The Club is run by a Management Committee of duly elected Club Members and meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 8pm at the Clubhouse.
The Club complies with the smoking regulations. A covered outside smoking area is provided.
