Below is a list of dates for your diary on what's happening in the Tadley & District Branch of The Royal British Legion during Remembrance.

27th October 2018 Poppy Appeal commences. This is the first day the table will open in Sainsbury's. Poppies and cans, for placing your donations, will also be available in local businesses and allocated house to house areas. Please Gift Aid your donation where possible.

On Sunday 11th November 2018 the following Services will take place:-       

Heath End/Baughurst War Memorial  1030hrs Assemble for Parade;       1045hrs Parade Departs Heath End Village Hall; 1100hrs Service at War Memorial and Laying of Wreaths. 

 St Paul's Church, The Green, Tadley  1430hrsAssemble at Tadley School; 1450hrs Parade Departs Tadley School; 1500hrs Service at St Paul's Church followed by Laying of Wreaths at the War Memorial.

St Luke's Church, Church Road, Pamber Heath  1045hrs at the Church.

Silchester War Memorial  1050hrs to commence at 1055hrs.

2014                                                        

The dedication of the Branches new Standard took place on 07/09/14. It was well attended & I think I speak for everybody when I say it went very well. Sir George Young & the Mayor & Mayoress of Basingstoke were in attendance & Sir George presented the Poppy Awards which took place immediately after the dedication ceremony.

A big thank you goes out to all involved with the catering, there was certainly enough to go round!
