Poppy Appeal Launch 2017 

The Poppy Appeal Campaign 2017 was launched on 14th October 2017 in Solihull by the Mayor, the RBL Solihull Branch President and its Chairman. 

Poppies will be on sale around the Borough from Saturday 29 October in the run-up to this year's Remembrance Sunday. 

This is Solihull Royal British Legion's major fundraising campaign and it will be using the money raised from poppy sales to provide financial, social and emotional support to the millions of men and women who have served or are currently serving in the British Armed Forces and their families. 

Thanks to everyone's efforts last year, the Legion was able to raise over £57,000 for the Poppy Appeal Collection.
