Welcome to the REME Recovery Mechanics Branch of The Royal British Legion

Below is a list of dates for your diary on what's happening in the REME Recovery Mechanics Branch of The Royal British Legion.

In Memory of Marc "Spud" Taylor

On this day we remember one of our own who sadly made the ultimate sacrifice and was tragically killed, 28th September 2004 in Basra City Iraq.

To ensure Marc's name continues to "Live On", one of our own Stephen Crawford has obtained permission from Liv Taylor to ride and raise money for the Royal British Legion in his memory.

For the next 10 months he will be tirelessly training to build up his fitness and distance and hopes to complete and finish the Prudential Ride London/Surrey 100 mile cycle sportive within 6 hours.

Any money raised during this endeavour will go directly to Royal British Legion in honour of Marc "Spud" Taylor memory.

Please visit his Just Giving page and donate to a worth-while cause.
