Please can we ask people to respect the barriers around the Cenotaph on the day and leave room for the Parade to pass through. They will be closed up once everyone has passed through safely. Thank you.
Please note times and details may be subject to change.

Act of Remembrance - 11th November 2019
We will be holding a short Act of Remembrance at the Cenotaph on the 11th November, at approx 10.50 am. Everyone is welcome to join us and participate.
We would like again to say a massive and sincere thank you to the people of Pudsey and Farsley for their phenomenal turn out and support for last year's parade and Acts of Remembrance. Thank you also to our stewards manning the barriers, our Parade Marshall and the Band of 2387 (Pudsey) Squadron. The turnout at the Cenotaph was absolutely incredible and heartfelt. It was a privilege to be able to lead the Parade and Remembrance of loved ones lost and all who have served or continue to serve, whether near by or far from home.
The Royal British Legion is recognised as the national custodian of Remembrance.
Remembrance Sunday, the second Sunday in November, is the day traditionally put aside to remember all those who have given their lives for the peace and freedom we enjoy today.
