Midsomer Norton and Radstock Branch of the Royal British legion serves the area with financial, social and emotional support to members and veterans of the British armed forces, their families and dependants.

Plea from an ex serviceman

My name is Robert Swindells, I have recently been medically discharged from the army after serving 12 years with the yorkshire regiment. I have just been offered a job in Swindon which would require me to get a train from bath? I don't have any contacts out this way so just wondered if you knew any of the ex forces lads that could help by giving me a lift from radstock in a morning?
