Welcome to the East Barnet Branch of The Royal British Legion
The Met Police Pipe Band led the way on the opening parade for 2014 Poppy Appeal, East Barnet RBL Standard and other Standards, along with 240 Squadron, members of East Barnet Legion and The Guerkas.
The Standards fell out and lined the steps to the Brookside Methodist Church.
The Lord Mayor of Barnet, his Lady Wife and the Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London, his Lady Wife were also in attendance.
MP Teresa Villiers kindly accompanied the East Barnet RBL Chairman on the march around from the Legion Hall. We appreciate her attendance as she is a very busy lady.
