And afterwards at Eydon's War Memorial it was a sombre morning, as we gathered for the ceremony, laying our wreaths, the sounding of The Last Post and two minutes silence...

In Boddington, two days before outside St. John the Baptist's church children from Boddington school were out in force for their own service of Remembrance. A cross was laid for each person named on the War Memorial there...
